With Leaves of change, we become the wind. You are the vessel. You are the power. You hold the control over your own life, your own destiny, your own hiking path, your own trail.

Change is inevitable, some are afraid of change, others can't wait to dive into it. We look at this as a bit of a phenomena. What are your fears that hold you back from moving forward? Without change when change is needed; brings stagnancy.

If you are cycling in your head decisions, or in your 3rd chakra of power. It may be time to make a change. The Universe may be sending you messages and you aren't listening. Sometimes it is hard to see what it is we need, look in your mirror today. Tell yourself, "I love you" and listen to your inner desires, your needs and begin on your quest for change!

Faith, Hope, Trust and Love

“I think we named her hope!” he said, almost patting his class C in a way, that was praying in each slap that she really will keep gettin them where they need to go.

“I think we should call her Faith, as Faith sounds much better then hope,” She nods her head in approval of her own words.I do too!

This was the Bowman’s as they left us. I, always think about these words,

FAITH, HOPE, and Then there is Trust- According to www.dictionary.com

Faith-

Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing

Trust-

Reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence.

confident expectation of something

Hope-

the Feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best

Confidence, Reliance, and a Feeling -

Feelings, we must be careful of, as these are languages that our souls uses to communicate to our selves. Ahhh, the mind, body, soul trinity! aha, well, let’s visit that at another time . When you have what you know as a feeling, is it maybe just an emotion? pay attention, as these are different things. True feelings inside, come from the place of the core, you may have feelings with emotion, You can also show emotion without true feelings, You can have feelings without the showcasing of emotions.

Emotions-

An affective state of consciousness in which joy, sorrow, fear, hate, or the like, is experienced, as distinguished from cognitive and volitional states of consciousness.

Emotions are a reactive state based upon what you internalize as feelings.

These 3 words lead into one another and if we know their true meanings than maybe we wouldn’t be confused in our daily lives.

All, I know is with the feeling of Hope, must come the thought of Trust, and then therefore; must be manifested in confidence which brings us to Faith.

Trust your true inner feelings, the one in your heart and your stomach area, always be aware not to fall in traps of dramatic, emotional, displays of showcasings. When you truly turn in and listen, feel, you will see you will no longer need to search, as all along, within you, has been, even if dormant; faith hope trust and love

Build yourself a decorative bird cage

A shrine of sorts

Use this as a focal point upon active meditation

Build your birdcage with the positive affirmations, positive things you wish to bring into your life or things you may wish to combat.

Some examples of what you may want to bring in:

Love

Joy

Luck

Dreams

Happiness

Peace

Strength

Some examples of what you may want to focus on allowing yourself freedom from:

Worry

Anxiety

Fears

Sadness

The idea is that the cage is that a cage.... which can often represent our minds, our lives even, as I know sometimes, we begin to feel condensed, truly, like a can of Campbells Soup.

With this cage, you will decorate according to what you are bringing in, and what you are letting go of.

What you need is to decide your projects purpose for you-

Let us say you may want to work on Happiness and letting go of Worry:

Google or refer to references at home to find the gems, flowers, herbs, cards, angels, birds, feathers, other animals, anything that will alternatively help you to gain focus in those areas.You will put things of interest to you out of these categories, you will also be looking for these items to be helping in those realms of your life you want to build your Cage of Expansion on.

What Gems help with worry? What flowers help with happiness? etc... get the drift :)

gather these goodies and a fake bird (from any local craft store)

your cage can be anything from a small decorative (craft store) or from a flea market~

Make your Cage as beautiful as possible, inside and out, and please never shut the door, tie it open, let your fake bird come in and out as they please... as you may notice... they probably will never leave... as you made it so beautiful :)
